I am Haley Vila, formerly Haley Webster. I grew up riding in Northern California. I was a competitive junior, but to do so it meant learning how to braid, groom, clean, trailer, and do just about everything on my own to make it happen. I am so grateful for the path I have been so fortunate to take because it not only taught me so many invaluable lessons, but also led to many catch riding jobs, that then secured me a spot on the Division 1 Texas A&M University Equestrian Team. I graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelors in Sports Leadership. In 2017, as a senior, I helped lead my team to the National Championship title, also earning myself a spot on the All-Championship Team. Post college, I returned to California and worked professionally for my trainer, Patty Ball of Penryn, California. Life has taken a turn for me and I now find myself living abroad in Spain, wondering how I can remain in the horse world... And thats where the idea of Vila Sport Horses was created. I am passionate about helping riders and trainers find horses abroad and connect them with an appropriate home to make both the rider and horse content. I have always enjoyed developing young horses and preparing them for their rider is one of my strong suits. I hope I can share my passion and help you find whatever it may be that you are searching for!
